Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We will submit to insurance if the patient is eligible. The patient is responsible to know their insurance and provide all appropriate information to the front desk. If uninsured, payment will be due at time of service. We do accept cash, personal checks and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover)
We are unable to provide an online payment option at this time but you are welcome to mail in any form of payment as well as provide a credit card payment over the phone.
We are always happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have with your account.
We are currently out-of-network for most insurance company providers. However, with most dental insurances, we can still submit the patient's dental claim and accept payment. We will then bill the balance due, if there is one, to the patients account. All balances due after insurance payments are the patient's responsibility and should be paid within 30 days.
Some insurances will submit payment directly to the patient. These claims will still be submitted by us and payment will be due by the patient at the time of service. The insurance company will then send a payment directly to the patient, reimbursing the amount they would have paid to the claim.
We will do our best to assist each patient in collecting payment from their insurance company but ultimately it is the responsibility of the patient to know their insurance and settle any disputes.
